Biography
Anil founded Advent Advocates in 2017 and leads the firm's RERA and real-estate practice, with a trail-blazing record before the MahaRERA Authority, the Adjudicating Officer and the MahaRERA Appellate Tribunal. He brings more than twenty years across industry verticals in India, the UAE and Bahrain to a practice spanning RERA, civil and property matters, redevelopment, conveyance and recovery, the NCLT and DRT, and family and consumer disputes. That breadth shaped the firm's multidisciplinary model — advocates, chartered accountants and engineers on the same file — after seeing how often real-estate matters fail because legal, financial and technical questions are answered in silos.
